东莞压铸转子铁心的叠压Dongguan die-cast rotor core laminate

 铸铝转子是电机的重要部件之一,其质量的好坏将直接影响电机的效率、功率因数、温升、起动和运行等性能。气孔是指直径大于1~31TI1TI的孔,分布于导体内部、表面或接近于表面处,形状有圆的、椭圆的及不规则的,东莞压铸分布不均是气孔的特点,孔内表面一般比较光滑。目前,在我国电机制造行业中,采用压铸工艺生产铸铝转子时,气孔是比较常见的问题,并且是难以根除的。其原因是多方面的,它与压铸机的工作状态,压铸工艺参数的选定,压铸模的结构,转子铁心的叠压,铝和铝合金的熔炼工艺以及压铸过程的操作等各种因素都有关系。
产生原因
气孔的主要成因是压室充满度不够,导致气体在压室中占有一定的空间,在压射时气体和铝液同时进入压铸模型腔造成的。采取的工艺措施如下:
转子片间存油
转子片问存油是铸铝转子产生气孔的一个主要成因。东莞压铸由于转子压铸是在高温、高压和瞬间形成的一个过程,在铝液刚刚充满转子型腔,高温铝还是液态而与转子片问的油类发生反应时,生成气体,这种气体有些被逸出,有些被铝液包围。然而铝液迅速固化,被包围的气体跑不出去,因此这些气体以气泡的形式残留在转子的笼条和端环中,呈不规则分布状态。

The reasons causing

Porosity is the main cause of the pressure chamber is insufficient, lead to gas occupies a space in the pressure chamber, at the same time in the injection of gas and liquid aluminum into the cavity caused by die casting mould. Process measures are as follows:

Between rotor slice of remaining oil

Rotor slice of remaining oil is cast aluminum rotor produces a main cause of porosity. Dongguan die casting due to the rotor die casting is in high temperature, high pressure and the formation of a moment, in liquid aluminum just full of rotor cavity, liquid with high temperature aluminum or rotor asked oil reaction occurs, the generated gas, the gas escape some are, some surrounded by liquid aluminum. Aluminum liquid solidified rapidly, however, surrounded to run out of gas, so the gas bubbles in the form of residual in the rotor cage bar and side ring, irregular distribution state.
